Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting your wallet and using Degen Disorder ("the Protocol"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Protocol. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Protocol.

2. Eligibility

To use the Protocol, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Not be a resident of a prohibited jurisdiction (including but not limited to: United States, China, North Korea, Iran, Syria)
• Have a compatible Web3 wallet and understand how to use it
• Fully understand the risks of cryptocurrency and DeFi protocols

3. Service Description

Degen Disorder is a decentralized staking protocol with gamification elements. The Protocol includes:

Staking ("Therapy Sessions")

• Daily check-ins are MANDATORY. Missing check-ins results in APY penalties (see Relapse System)
• Penalties range from -30% APY (1 day) to complete reset + 5% stake burn (7+ days)
• Early unstaking incurs a 5% penalty on principal
• APY is NOT guaranteed and can be modified by protocol governance

Bus Launches ("The Madness Bus") - PURE GAMBLING

• This is speculative gambling with NO intrinsic value
• Ticket purchases are non-refundable
• Most participants lose their entire investment. This is designed to fail.

Gambling Features

• All games have a house edge (2-5%)
• Designed to be psychologically addictive
• Losses may affect your staking APY

4. Financial Disclaimers

• NOTHING on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice
• No guarantees of returns. Historical performance ≠ future results.
• Cryptocurrency is extremely volatile. Prices can crash to zero.
• Smart contracts can have bugs, exploits, or vulnerabilities
• You are solely responsible for your financial decisions

5. User Responsibilities

• Secure your wallet private keys. We cannot recover lost keys.
• You are responsible for all taxes on gains/losses
• Comply with all local laws and regulations
• Only use funds you can afford to lose completely

6. Prohibited Use

• Illegal activities (money laundering, terrorism financing, etc.)
• Market manipulation or price fixing
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities for profit
• Using bots or automated systems (unless explicitly allowed)
• Obscuring the source of funds

7. Smart Contract Risks

Smart contracts are immutable code with inherent risks:

• Bugs or vulnerabilities may exist despite audits
• Code cannot be changed once deployed
• Audits do NOT guarantee security
• User error can result in permanent loss of funds

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

The Protocol, its developers, and contributors are NOT liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Protocol. This includes but is not limited to: loss of funds, loss of profits, smart contract failures, network congestion, hacks, exploits, regulatory actions, or any other damages.

9. No Warranties

The Protocol is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Protocol, its developers, contributors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Protocol or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Protocol after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Check this page regularly for updates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION TO BE DETERMINED]. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
